Privacy
Last updated April 28, 2026.
Accumulatr operates this site and is the data controller for the information described below. Contact: privacy@accumulatr.app.
1. Data we collect
We collect the basic account information you provide when you sign in, along with your preferences and any subscription status tied to your account. We never see or store your payment card details.
We process this information on the basis of contract (so we can give you an account) and, where you opt in, your consent (for example, for marketing emails). Accumulatr is not directed at children under 13 (US) or under 16 (EU/UK), and we do not knowingly collect their information.
2. Service providers
We rely on a small number of trusted providers to host the service, handle sign-in, and process payments. We do not use advertising trackers, third-party analytics, or session-replay tools.
3. Your rights
You can request a machine-readable export of all data we hold about you from Settings. You can also request account deletion; deletion is soft for 30 days (so you can change your mind), then irreversibly purged.
If you live in California, you have the right to know, delete, correct, and limit the use of your personal information, and to opt out of any sale or sharing. We do not sell or share your personal information — see our Do Not Sell or Share page. EU/UK residents may also lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority.
4. Retention
We keep your account information while your account is active. Deleted accounts are purged 30 days after the deletion request.
5. Cookies
We use strictly-necessary storage only — enough to keep you signed in and remember your theme preference. No advertising, analytics, or cross-site tracking cookies are set.

7. Disclaimer
If you made it this far, that's great. Accumulatr also is not real — yet (maybe). If we ever flip the switch on real payments, we'll email signed-in users before any live charge is possible.
