Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Accumulatr. By creating an account or pressing any button on the calculator, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The Service
Accumulatr provides arithmetic-as-a-service across multiple subscription tiers. Specific digits, operators, and features may be gated behind paid plans, credits, or community unlocks. Availability of the digit zero is not guaranteed on the Free tier.
2. Fair use
You agree to use Accumulatr in a manner consistent with reasonable, individual, non-industrial arithmetic needs. Excessive use of the equals button may result in rate limiting.
3. Subscriptions
Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. Founder accounts that remain inactive for 24 consecutive months may be downgraded; we will attempt to notify you 30 days in advance to the email on file.
If we ever flip the switch on real payments, we'll email signed-in users before any live charge is possible.
4. Account deletion
You may request account deletion at any time from Settings. Deletion is soft for 30 days — during that window you can cancel and your data is restored. After 30 days, your profile, roles, and subscription mirror are irreversibly purged. Trial-redemption hashes are retained to prevent abuse but contain no recoverable personal information.
5. Liability
Accumulatr is provided “as is.” We make no warranty that any specific digit, operator, or arithmetic result will be available, correct, or even numeric. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the changelog page. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
